Lamberts Fitness Promotion

January 12, 2010 by CodmanHeathCtr

Lamberts Fitness is under new management and is now offering 50% off their enrollment fee.

"Zumba classes are SO much fun. I never pictured myself liking a gym, let alone being addicted and April's classes and style are definitely why I got in to shape two years ago. I can't imagine going anywhere else now. It's a very comfortable and welcoming gym with a wide variety of classes. I personally go for the classes because you feel like you have a personal trainer since it's only women and a fairly small group (several different classes)." -Julie F.
