The Department of Neighborhood Development invites you to a community meeting to discuss the city-owned properties located at 270 Talbot Avenue and Spencer Street in Dorchester.  We encourage you to attend this meeting and provide feedback that will help to develop the Request For Proposals (RFP) for the sale of the properties.

The Department of Neighborhood Development and the Boston Parks and the Recreation Department invite the public to a joint meeting to discuss the future of the parcel and building located at 71-79 Intervale Street. Discussions will also be had regarding how the future of this parcel will effect the existing Children's Park playground.  Please join us for a discussion on the future of this existing project.  For further information, please call (617) 961-3019.
