You Can Pickle That?! | October 19

Saturday, October 19 at 9 am the Nightingale Community Garden (512 Park Street, Dorchester) will offer a free cooking class on how to "pickle" your harvest and preserve vegetable throughout the cold winter months.

National Health Center Week | August 15

Celebrate National Health Center Week with the Codman Square Health Center on August 15 from 1pm to 5pm at the Codman Square Farmers' Market. Make Spring Rolls @ Haley House Oct. 8

On Saturday, October 8, Haley House Bakery and Cafe is hosting a workshop on making Vietnamese Spring Rolls! Spring rolls are easy to make, and fun to eat in the summer. Cafe Operations director Carol Kong will be hosting the event. Learn how to make several variations of the dish, and several dipping sauces as well - you won't regret it!
