Baby Diaper Bank | July 2

If you are a parent of a baby and you cannot afford diapers, the Baby Diaper Bank may be for you. The Baby Diaper Bank seeks to meet the needs of income challenged parents to make sure that they have clean diapers for their babies. The Baby Diaper Bank will be here on the first Saturday of every month. Drop in to see if you qualify for this invaluable community service.

When: Saturday July 2, 2016, 1 – 3 P.M.

Where: Grove Hall Branch of the Boston Public Library, 41 Geneva Avenue

Community Baby Shower | June 15

United Way of Massachusetts Bay is inviting all pregnant and new mom's to their annual Community Baby Shower! Shop, hear from health professionals, meet other moms, get a professional family photo and so much more. Each mom will also bring home a goody bag for her baby! 

When: Wednesday, June 15 from 5-8pm 

Where: Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center , 1350 Tremont St, Roxbury Crossing, MA 02120

Water Babies | July 10 - 31

FOR ALL BOSTON CHILDREN AGES 10-36 MONTHS! Water babies is a swimming class for infants and babies and their families! 

Water babies classes emphasize the bond between parent and child, as they explore new experiences with water together. With water safety being the number one priority, they use songs and games to introduce developmentally appropriate swim skills while building communication skills and increasing water adjustment. 

All children must be accompanied by an adult to participate! SPACE IS LIMITED!

 

When: Fridays, July 10th - July 31st

Two classes-

7:00PM-7:30PM

7:30PM-8:00PM

Where: DotHouse Health Pool

1353 Dorchester Ave, Dorchester

Cost: $13 per class

OR $40 per session/$35 for members&staff

Parent-Child Playgroup and Storytime

Free play time for parents and toddlers with a short story and song session at 11:30. Every Friday from 11-12:30 p.m. at The Fields Corner Branch Library. We will have live music with Su Eaton on October 28th. This is a collaboration between Countdown to Kindergarten Play to Learn playgroups and The Fields Corner Branch Library.
