Harrison Square Walking TourOn Saturday, October 1st, Michael Kozuch, a history teacher and Dorchester resident, will be leading a walking tour of the Harrison Square / Clam Point neighborhood. If you would like to join, the tour will begin at 2:30 p.m. Meet at the parking lot behind Dorchester Pottery Building, between Bay Cove - Dorchester Pottery building and the railroad trestle on Victory Road. The area showcases notable 19th century architecture and the industrial history of the neighborhood.

New MFA Wing Open House Sep. 18

Linde Family Wing Open HouseThe Museum of Fine Arts is unveiling their newest addition this Sunday, the Linde Family Wing for Contemporary Art. To celebrate, there will be an open house featuring a variety of activities. The open house will be an all day event - starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 7 p.m., there will be free events, including hands-on art activities, performance art, film, music, and yoga. The wing will feature seven new galleries that explore innovative approaches to contemporary art.
