Boston Mayoral Candidate Forum | August 8

The next Boston Mayoral Candidate Forum will take place at The Ledge Restaurant (2261 Dorchester Ave) on August 8 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. There are currently 12 candidates:

Don't miss the DotOUT Spring Event!!! Whether you are a DotOUT original or new to Boston/Dorchester, its a great chance to meet up with old friends or network with new folks. The event will include a short presentation of DotOUT's past successes and a sneak peak at the future summer events. Elections for our board will also be held. 3rd Annual DotOUT Harvest Mixer at Harp & Bard | Nov. 18

Tired of the same old Sunday grind and not ready to go Holiday shopping?

Join DotOUT for their third annual Fall event for local charity.

You'll be giving more than just thanks by stepping in to this event for some drinks, complimentary finger food, the Pats game, an arm wrestling tournie and conversation with old and new friends.  Our charity this year will be the Living Center in memory of Chelsea Gable, to many in DotOUT a friend and confidante . A cornucopia of door prizes including gift cards/certificates awaits you.  Be brawny with our arm wrestling contest for the biggest prizes or just catch the tail end of the Patriots Game.

5th Annual Summer Solstice Tea Dance | June 24

Join Dot OUT as they host their 5th Annual Summer Solstice Tea Dance at DBar on Sunday June 24th from 4PM - 8PM.  The evening will consist of drinks, games, and music provided by Kiss 108's DJ Gay Jim.  There will be a chance to win amazing prize package for those that come and pay the suggested $10 donation, which will help support a Dorchester-based charity.  More information can be found by going to dotOUT.org.

DotOUT Harvest Mixer Oct. 23

Join DotOUT on Saturday, October 23rd for the 2nd Annual Harvest Lounge Mixer at Savin Hill Bar & Kitchen, 112 Savin Hill Avenue in Dorchester. The mixer will be from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. It will be just before Halloween, and immediately follow the city council election forum. There will be fall refreshments and tasty snacks to go around! Step out in your fall colors and help raise money for "It Gets Better." Everyone who comes gets a chance to win something from a cornucopia of door prizes - including gift cards / certificates to your favorite local restaurants! DotOUTOn October 23, DotOut will be hosting candidate forums for the Council at Large race. The next forum will be held at The Savin Hill Bar and Kitchen on Savin Hill Avenue from 3:30 to 5:00 PM. Hear from the candidates and learn about issues important to the LGBT community and the rest of Dorchester! DotOUT City Council Candidate Forum, Aug. 29

Join DotOUT for a city councillor candidate forum on Monday, August 29 and hear from the candidates on issues important to the GLBT community and to the Dorchester community at large. Light food will be served with cocktails on the outdoor deck. Forum takes place from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Ledge, 2261 Dorchester Ave, Dorchester, Massachusetts.

DotOUT will have a roster of candidates attending soon and answers to our "questionnaire" from each. "Out In the Park" with DotOut, Sep. 18

DotOUTTravel with DotOUT to Six Flags New England on Sunday, September 18, 2011 for Out in the Park! Roller coasters up the ante of Dorchester's most dashing fun-lovers. DotOUTLooking for something fun and fashionable to do after the Dorchester Day Parade?Walk the walk right into Cedar Grove.
