Neighborhood Bike Shop?

There's some initial work happening to possibly open a new bike shop in Dorchester! It might be in the Peabody Sq. area. Some of you may be familiar with Dorchester's last remaining Codman Lock/Codman Cycle business (in Fields Corner). The owner is not currently operating the bike part of his business and does not have plans to start it back up.
