Call for Entries: 2010 Boston's Best Neighbor Award

'2nd Annual Boston’s Best Neighbor Award’ 2010 Call for Entries Now Open
Vargas & Vargas Insurance of Dorchester, Norwood and Stoughton MA
announces their call for entries for the 2nd annual Boston’s Best Neighbor Award.
Carlos Vargas, President of Vargas & Vargas Insurance and originator of the award:
'The purpose of the annual Boston’s Best Neighbor Award is to honor
a community individual who has demonstrated special care, concern, and volunteer
hours to make their neighborhood a safer, more pleasant, and a more friendly
community for all of the residents. This individual may have made contributions to
other neighborhoods, projects, or citywide concerns.'

The 2010 winning nominee will receive $3000 and a plaque to be presented in a private
ceremony in October. The individual who nominates the winner will receive a $500
check and $500 donated to the charity of their choice.

Please note the deadline has been extended - nominations must be postmarked by September 30, 2010.
