Share Skills and Benefit from the Skills of Others
Dear Current and Future Greater Boston Residents,
We all have diverse skill sets that we share with the people in our lives. Perhaps you give great massages, bake a mean vegan cake, or love to walk dogs? Are you that kindly plumber (electrician, repairman, jack of all trades) whose neighbors know they can always call on him in the middle of the night? Do you have any rare talents that others would benefit from learning? Share your skills and benefit from the skills of others by joining the Boston Time Trade Circle.
With 662 members in the greater Boston area, the Boston Time Trade Circle is currently the largest not-for-profit time bank in the country. Recently featured in the Boston Globe, the TTC is a way to give and receive services in and around Boston without having to exchange money. It is community cohesion at its best and you can be a part of it.
What kind of services are traded via the Boston Time Trade Circle? Anything you can imagine. Here is just a sampling, taken from the web site:

MISSION: "The Time Trade Circle works towards a world in which neighbors help neighbors and every individual can contribute so that our communities are safe and vibrant."
Happy trading,
