Hiring: Shoppers and Drivers

Instacart offers on-demand grocery delivery to customers in Boston and parts of Metrowest with our fleet of personal shoppers and partnerships with local grocery stores (including Costco, Petco, Whole Foods Market, Russo's and Harvest Co-op).

We are looking for responsible, professional, and friendly people to work with us picking out and delivering groceries for customers. We welcome all to apply and are particularly interested in those with delivery, retail, food/beverage or customer service experience.

Benefits
Flexible schedules – shoppers set their own availability on a weekly basis and can work as many or as few hours as suits their lifestyle.
Free Costco membership
Earn $12-$25/hour based on speed, reliability, accuracy, and customer service while grocery shopping and/or completing deliveries. 

Qualifications
Detail oriented
Good communication skills (customer service experience a plus)
Applicants must be able to lift 30 lbs.
Applicants must have access to a car to be considered at this time
Applicants must own a smartphone that is Iphone 4+, Android 2.2+ to be considered at this time (no Windows phones, Blackberrys, or older versions of the Iphone/Android)
Applicants must be over 18 and will be required to complete a background check and a 1-hour in-person training session at no cost to the applicant. Upon successful completion, those hired can set their schedule and start immediately.
