Dorchester Day Parade 2016 | June 5

Dorchester Day happens every year on the first Sunday in June. It is to honor the establishing of Dorchester as a town of Boston and the History of the many events it provided. Come to the Dorchester Day Parade and join your community in a celebration of all things Dorchester!

Hank Phillippi Ryan is the on-air investigative reporter for Boston's NBC affiliate, winning 33 Emmys and dozens more journalism honors. The bestselling author of eight mysteries, Ryan's also an award winner in her second profession—now with five Agathas, two Anthonys, two Macavitys, the Daphne, and Mary Higgins Clark Award. Playworks Run for Recess | May 21

Join Playworks Massachsetts for their seventh annual Playworks Run for Recess presented by New Balance and Positive Tracks. An event that is fun for the whole family features a 1-mile fun run and 5K on the world famous cross country course in Franklin Park. Sign up today in support of Playworks Massachusetts and our work in 40 elementary schools across the Commonwealth.

This year, they have announced an exciting partnership with Positive Tracks that will double every dollar raised by ages 23 and under through our Run for Recess.
